WHEREAS we as Black people (Africans, New Afrikans, Afrodescendants) all over the world have passed the point and time in history where our total liberation and independence shall have already been realized….

WHEREAS our people, wherever we are; we continue to suffer Intolerable crimes and abuses; inflicted by our common enemies and further exacerbated by some of our own….

WHEREAS. We are presently inspired by all of our ancestors, and recently, by President Ibrahim Traore of Burkina Faso and the Alliance of Sahel States(AES)….

WHEREAS we AGREE to organize in Unity and fight for the righteous principles and goals of Self Determination for all of us; a United States of Africa; Reparations for Africans and Afrodescendants; human rights; the establishment/emancipation of our independent lands and territories; and the complete liberation of Black people anywhere on the planet….

WHEREAS we AGREE to struggle for the abolishment of imperialism, neo-colonialism, economic exploitation, the ending of White oppression, white domination, and the elimination of collaboration with our enemies….

WHEREAS we ADMIT that we are tired of arguing with each other, fighting with each other and we desire complete constructive change (a revolution)….

WE AFFIRM that we shall no longer tolerate nor suffer these unacceptable conditions and intolerable abuses AND...

WE AS LEADERSHIP AGREE to set aside and dissolve petty differences, unnecessary competition, rivalry, factionalism, and divisiveness, corruption, and any impediment to our goals….
